Refund Policy

Products returned with sales slip - full refund or exchange.
Products without a sales slip - exchange only / credit note issued for any difference.
Special ordered products (not carried in stock) cannot be exchanged.

All credit card information is kept completely confidential. Mailing addresses only used, if requested, for sending products or flyers to customer and will not be passed on for any other organization's mailing list.
